Grow Mediums Calimagic for seedlings?

Yea, ive looked at those lights and ballasts and even have some on my wish list, but am just sticking with led for now. I have enough money invested at this point..lol.
I couldn't exactly say why about leds and the deficiency either without doing a little reading up on it. I think it has to do with the light spectrum.
I have seedlings that just popped as well. The only things I added to my dwc buckets were: rapidstart, and hydroguard. Which brought my ppm up to around 50ish.. 150 isn't bad for tap water. Mine is up over 300.

Damn, your tap is high for sure. I wish I had a led light sometimes (when I get my electricity bill in) lol hid lighting is expensive using 1000 watts. I want upgrade to led eventually. But they say hid is the best. But new studies prove that Ceramic Metal Halide (CMH) is the closest indoor grow light that is the closest spectrum to the sun ☀

So maybe cmh is best, hid 2nd, led 3rd. But led is way cheaper to run.

I have 2 platinum p300s, a Mars 300, and autocobs on each side. I really like the platinums, and autocobs out of all of them. I can't have them all on at once or it gets too hot. My electric bill is already pretty high so led is the way for me. Haha

What are autocobs? Never heard of them
