New Grower can extreme temps lower potency?

Well heres why i ask..... i turn off my lights manually i dont have them on a timer, well yesterday i had a family emergency and was not home when the lights were supposed to be turned off...

i called my girlfriend who was home and told her to zip up the tent all the way and to unplug the light.... well about 5 hours later i come home and the tent is fully zipped but i can see the light is still on

i opened it up to check the temp and it was like 96 degrees because she turned off my window ac unit too! now i assume it was that hot for like 5 hours straight and i had two auto white widows at day 77 in there..do i have to worry about those high temps reducing potency or should i be all good? :smokebuds:

You should be ok, especially if it was only 5 hours with that heat. :smokebuds:

I don't think the potency will be affected as long as the buds wernt damaged by the heat.You can buy a timer for five bucks and you wont have that problem.

I'd say your just fine fweedom,i've had temps hit 90's in the tent for 12 hours before and once had them drop to 35 degrees when the furnace quit during the night with only T5's for light and both times my plants still packed a punch!

I think you will be fine bro I live in one of the hottest places in USA and my get heat stressed all summer even with ac and mines all been good
