Im planning to grow 2oz,decent quality budz.
i have that cabinet,can i grow 2 oz or more?
I want to ask,how many plant in that area,which pot size?

Definitely possible.
I'd go for a fairly shallow pot that covers maximum area possible.
More like a deep kind of tray.
10 cm deep, covering 40 cm x 40 cm, will give you ... 16 liters.
And keep your head-room better than a tall pot.
I'd do maybe just 4 plants, go short, indica dominant, and fast autos.
Sweet Seeds' Sweet Skunk is good, short and fast. Potent, too.
A nice pure kush or afghani, or critical, would be great.
You'll prob have to LST them, to keep the height down.
Just simple bending them over should will sufficient.
Will four plants, just need 15 g = 1/2 oz each. Easy.
I regularly get that much with small plants in just 2 L each.
And you've got double that amount of root space.
Of course, you'll need decent lights. At least 50 W.
And try to get a light that spreads the light out, like a bank of small lights.
Like a LED with multiple smaller LEDs spread out, not just a single bulb.
Because low head room you won't get a good angle.
