Hey guys I'm back at it again and still greener than the green we grow so any help would be awesome. Been off of here for awhile now due to life changes and all that good stuff. But I'm back and in a legal state now and SUPER excited to be growing again! I'll walk you through what my setup is now and I already have my seeds germinated and in jiffy pods so Day 1 is coming fast!

TENT - Spider farmer pro grade 2.3ft x 4.6ft x 6.6ft. (Just got in yesterday was a breeze to setup and way better quality than I expected honesty for the price. $99 amazon with a 15% discount.

LIGHTS - I am running 2 Viparspectra KS2500 lights. (They fit PERFECT in the new tent)

VENTILATION - 4" vivosun ventilation fan (195cfm I believe) IDK much about it but it did the job in my old closet setup taking away smell completely and keeping flowing clean air. (I still need to add the duct to run it out the tent)

WIFI CONTROLLER - I'm using just a GEENI wifi smart extender. Cheapest route and I use the cameras already so it worked out good already had the app downloaded. Works great I can label my outlets on it and set times to turn on and off which is really all I need! Only $20 can't beat that.

POTS - I'm using five 3 gallon fabric pots and one 5 gallon fabric pot because that's what I had!

PH PPM TESTER - IDK what brand it is but it works well compared to an apera my well and septic guy has.

HYGROMETER - I'm using a vivosun aeroLab THB1 monitor Wifi enabled works good gives you the VPD level, temp, humidity all you could ask for in something that's $15.

The tent is also in a tiny house I am building so it has AC and heat pretty controllable environment. I believe thats it.. Sorry for the long first post but I got excited! I'll be back on posting the day my little ones break ground!!!

More info here I'm running promix potting soil from Walmart red bag and added 10 quarts of perlite. I will be feeding fox farm trio this round because that's what I have left! The soil is easy to get and cheap so I figured I'd give it a go see how it does.

OK now for the seeds update! On 2/28 I started germination of 6 seeds.

3 blueberry Headband Photos
2 Sweet Cheese Autos (SweetSeeds)
1 Sweet Trainwreck Auto (SweetSeeds)

On 3/1 they were all popped so I placed them into jiffy pellets and into homemade humidity domes. (Blacked out tupperware with a clear solo cup on top) and put them in a dark closet.

Today 3/2 both the sweet cheese Autos broke ground so I transfered the jiffy pellets to their 3 gallon pots and turned everything in the tent on! So far I have 72°F temp, 75% humidity and 15 DLI. I will update again when the rest break ground and take pics for them all then!

Here comes the questions! 😁 Once seedling break soil it's ready for light right? Big question is my tent RH is 75% so should I leave the clear dome over them as well or take it off since my tent humidity is up?
This depends on the temperature. You should check out VPD. This chart will help you along ;)

DAY 1! 3/3
The last autoflower seedling broke soil this morning! Day 1 on 3/3 i'm calling it for all of them so I don't get mixed up. Temp is 72°- 75°F and humidity is staying at 75%. DLI is 15. Lights are 36" from canopy. Soil has nutes enough for first 3 weeks approx. so just PH 6.5 spring water until I see they are starting to get hungry. 1st time using this soil so it's trial and error. I'll post another update In 1 week hopefully with all good news! (The sweet cheese that broke soil this morning is still lifting its head but it's out and looking for light so I'm counting it!)

I run the red bag promix when I can’t get HP….. it works well, especially with added perlite like you’ve done :headbang:

I don't know about VPD dude but I chuck them under that sweet sweet CMH 315w light straight away.....3-1-5...makes them alive, bro :astar: :growing:

I want to add that I had 3 blueberry Headband Photos germinating with the autos. All 3 of them popped but when put in the jiffy pellets the taproot took off upward instead of down? First time using the pellets and the seeds were pretty old. Definitely no light they were closed off in a cabinet with all the others. Weird I just planted them in the 3gal pots and hoping for the best.
