New Grower Can I really get a few ounces from a female auto outdoors in just 70-90 days?

If I were to go outdoors with female auto seeds after they have sprouted their tap root and plant them in a soil mix that's in a hessian bag, will I see a plant that will give me more than 7-10 grams in reality? I was told that the seeds I have ordered from highrise can give me two ounces of weed each or more. Other research I have done says that autos generally don't produce a lot. But if it's outdoors wouldn't they grow more and produce more bud? My research has confused me yet again. Can anyone enlighten me? I was going to use a hessian bag that's the size of a sandbag full of soil mix. I will be growing in BC, Canada. The newer strains apparently produce more. Fast and Vast. Auto Mazar. Anyone want to chime in with their view?

Oh, and should I plant more than one seed in a bag in case the plants only grow a foot each...wouldn't want all that soil to not be producing some bud so I was wondering if people plant more than one female auto seed per bag.

I'm only able to plant the taprooted seed outdoors. I can't grow inside my home unfortunately. Thanks for your comments.

People here regularly grow more than an oz per plant, and thats indoors. 7-10 grams?? That would be a sick plant around here! And yes, it depends on the strain, but you should easily get more than an ounce per plant, if you do your part to feed them and keep them healthy. With some strains, even in BC, you could potentially get 1lb. out of a plant. Someone will speak up about your other questions, as I've no experience yet with outdoor grows.

I've seen some Dutch Passion gear grown to mammoth proportions, like 7-9 oz. each. Now those guys really know their craft, but even my first auto Short Riders went 3 oz. apiece. Sun will yield more than indoors for sure. Good luck, Kelpie

I'm just having difficulty believing that from the time you put a seed into the soil count 60-90 days, sometimes less and then you have an ounce to two ounces...that amazes me if that ends up being the truth. We'll see. I'm buying up seeds now and having my hessian bags made up. June is right around the corner. It would be a bumper crop if you planted a hundred or so eh and you hung them in the trees where the critters couldn't get to them.

I should ask you fish juice what DP strains you saw growing to have 7-8 ounces and how many days? Inside or outside? I am going to try DP auto mazar. Do you know if highrise seeds MOBXC99 Is considered to be an auto?

Hey kelpie a FANTASTIC choice on the mob x c99, if I'm not mistaken the out door numbers are a bit over the place but you'd call the mob x c99 a early photosenstive. Meaning they'll usually finished quicker than most photos...I'd say an easy 2to4oz EASY with the mobs... My auto Mazaar was a couple ounces if I remember maybe more got to check my DP thread but she was done in under 80days and was dank ass smoke(grown in a small pot)... Going to try the mob x c99 myself this year but indoors... :karma cloud: on your grow coming your way.

may I also suggest maybe starting a thread in the new growers section or outdoors one and title kelpies outdoor grow or something or rather and keep all related posts in one thread... I know at least three threads on here asking a variation of the same questions... Want to keep the site neat and tidy

7-8 ounces per plant with Dutch Passion strains is VERY real in under 90 days. I average 6 per plant. Some more, some less, and always 90 days or under from sprout to harvest.
Check my logs.
Many people here pulling good weight in under 90 days. That's the advantage of auto's. They are a more vigorous plant. They can flower in up to 24/0 hours of light vs 12 with photo's.

okay man. i'll buy all three strains and study how they do outdoors this coming summer. I also have some fast and vast and I have ordered some highrise gear as well. Should be good I am hoping. Cheers.
