New Grower Can I really get a few ounces from a female auto outdoors in just 70-90 days?

Shit! I didn't know you were growing outdoors.

I get a pretty solid average of 6zip per plant indoors, but outdoors I've never pulled more than an ounce off an auto.
I've never really put much work into them either though so I'm not the best to ask about that. I just plant them and let them go.
You should look at some superauto's by Stitch. They take longer, but do very outdoors.

Peace.

Oh, that sucks. I have already places my orders. auto mazar, think different, fast and vast, Ghaze dieselXc99, and Ghaze X C99 X C99. If I have to grow any 120 day plants I'll go with the MOB X C99 and see how that goes. I ordered some of those too. I may be able to try one more dutch passion type. We'll see. Yeah I am growing outdoors. You had me psyched thinking I'd get a few ounces from each plant outside in 4 gallon hessian bags. I have a size now.

2 plus ounces is doable if you know how to grow autos. With beginner skill, 1/2 ounce is more realistic. Pay attention to the first 4 weeks of an auto, get that wrong and yield will be reduced.
Autos at seedling stage are more sensitive than photos. Read all you can on this forum to better understand autos.

Oh-wow. Thanks dingo. I didn't know that they were super sensitive. I was going to start with the paper towel method and then go straight outside into an organic mix of stuff and grow in a hessian/burlap bag in the tree branches. These bags have straps for hanging onto something such as a branch.

With a photo you have a longer veg time that can make up for issues that happened when the plant was really young. With autos, they're going to go into flower on their own even if they're stunted and 9 inches tall. But as long as you can give them a good environment when they're young, you'll be fine. I'm with the other guys that a few ounces is possible but not likely unless you have a lot of experience with autos and growing outdoors in your area. I'd approach it as a learning experience and if you end up with big yields, that's a bonus.

Also kelpie just thought if going seedling straight to bag make sure in center where you place seedling you place seedling in some very neutral no nute soil so as not to stunt her... And as she grows her roots will reach out and hit the nutrition rich soil.... This is how I would do it when I would ocean Forrest fox farm... Also check out tlo's in the organic section and get some soil cooking ....could possibly get so you can set them and forget them... Cripes I wish I could grow out doors! I got some photos I KNOW would be TREES outside....

If given the proper care, ANY strain that is likely to finish in 90 days or less will give you a better harvest than your current expectations. HOWEVER, you have nature to deal with also, bugs, weather, etc. You need to be able to tend to the on a regular basis if you expect a good harvest. You may get 10 grams per, you may be a pound! A lot of that is up to you. All you see on the seedbanks is an estimate of an average grow. If you want a big harvest, YOU have to make it happen! Those auto mazars should do really well with proper care. Quit speculating and get growing!!

:Sharing One:

you cant go wrong with dp think different and auto mazars. one of my good friend grew one td in a 10 gallon pot in his backyard and another one guerrilla style straight in the ground 50% native soil 50% promix and added a little perlite. he yielded around 2-3 oz in his backyard and 2 oz in the woods! i'm ordering a pack of td soon for this summer :smoke:. as long as u grow them in a lot of soil you should yield a couple oz for sure

Wow guys! I couldn't of asked for more sincere replies. Thank you all for providing me with guidance. My hessian bags will be 4-5 gallon in size and they will be hanging from tree braches so the critters on the ground won't get at them. My soil mix will be bat guano and mushroom manure in soil that I bought from the nursery in a sealed plastic bag that says outdoor landscaping soil. Is that okay yoda buds? I will be tending to them. I start my grow and my grow thread on or around June 1. Right now it's research and waiting for those seeds to arrive.

Out of curiosity has anyone tried femaleseeds.nl? They have a northern lights auto there. Was curious if anyone has tried it?
