Can I use this light?

Hey, so I wanted to try my hand at a super small, single plant microgrow. The main problem is lighting, I have a very tight budget. Good CFL's are really expensive and hard to find over here, a HPS light would be too much heat and I highly doubt that placing 6 10w led bulbs in my grow box would be a good idea. So I have found a decently priced 100w grow light, which pulls 30w from the wall for 30 euros. I would love to invest in some bigger lights but the delivery fees, delivery time and my tight budget don't allow me to do it. So the question is, whether or not this light will do me any good for a small closet grow (32cm * 32cm * 70cm), the strain is RQS Diesel Auto or should I just get multiple 10w led lights?

I really don't care about the lifetime of the light and the fact that it possibly is low quality, all I care about is it enough for a small autoflower plant or should i just get multiple 10w led bulbs.

After looking at your link. the cheapest one would not be adequate. not much more for one of their top of the line?

Shii', not even for a microgrow? Im not shooting for any big yields, 7g's would be enough for me, I'm doing this mostly to keep my mind occupied and save me from boredom.

Well. you would get something. i was blessed by the Ganja gods and a friend sent me this 600 true watt Quantum board.
for free. he runs DIYLED UK. i could not afford one. befor that i was using black stars and ebay Chinese cheapos. at auction.
if you plan on growing more, spend more on a good light.

Hey, bro, nice to know I'm not the only one, haha. I just know that you don't need 30 different nutrients, 1000w grow light, huge mylar tent with 2 carbon filters to grow a decent plant as a past time, that's why I'm keeping it simple. I've seen people over complicate things and hugely overpay only to get results you can get from decent soil, good genetics and some simple home depot nutes. After seeing DCLXVI's recommended "hillbilly" grow I ordered a small e27 bulb grow light, 40w (draws 10w) which is definitely better than the light in that grow (17w advertised) and also I plan on painting the walls of my small night cabinet white so it reflects well and hope for the best.
