Lighting Can some one help me out please

Right ive got a dr120 with 3 Ms0006's and gor 5 thinkdifferent which should be ready end of Jan,well 3 of them are around 45cm tall and packing the weight on and smell lush and look to be ready in 2 wks! The other 2 are 80cm to 86cm and look to be 3 wks behind in the budding stage!They were all started at the same time same nutes etc Why is this?Please

Hey Gertrude,

It can be a number of things. My best guess is that it is genetics related. Some phenotypes take longer to finish than others, while others finish faster. Phenotypes are different variations of the same strain. Phenotypes can be a number of characteristics displayed within the plant. Some phenotypes display Indica/Sativa dominant traits, others display finishing faster/shorter, some even display different colors (if the strain has the phenotype in its gene pool).

Stabilized and properly bred strains are designed to not throw wild or unwanted phenotypes, but of-course this is nature and sometimes it can still happen.

It's very hard to give you a definite answer. If it takes longer to finish, generally the yield is higher. But it all depends on a wide range of factors. Bigger girls = bigger yield.

wasnt long ago DP had talked about breeding it to be more uniform as they had pheno's going 14 weeks while other pheno's were finishing in the 75'ish day mark , maybe you got old stock or its still a work in progress but getting there ?
