I'm thinking of running two identical drivers and am wondering if I can wire them both to one plug. Use something like this...

If so, would having dimmers on each driver affect anything negatively in this setup?

Depends on the current draw of your lights, and the current capacity of the cord you wish to use.
Provided the cord is capable of handling the draw, dimming one, the other, or both, shouldn't cause an issue.

Thanks Arthur. It would be 2x QB96, each on a HLG-185h-54b driver. I'll try to educate myself about what you said and figure some things out, I'm not too experienced with electrical

I went and looked at the specs on the driver, you should be fine. I'm running about a third more power and I have both lights going to a multi plug buss. The buss will handle a total of 15 amps (15 amps is the normal house breaker as well) 16043381203654739116309132928784.jpg16043381383434085359809828170130.jpg your pulling something like 7 amps in total, so... rock on.
