Relatively minor....

A single tap to love, a long tap plus another tap to like.

I want to easily like with one tap. If I love something I'll happily take the extra 2 seconds.

Easily fixable; will add to the list if there's more support to change it.

I could make the default "like" the "mossy wiggle" even if you want. lol

Are you able to try a different browser altogether on your iPad?

Everything I'm reading about this points to potential browser issues. It would at least mark it off the list if that's not the case.

I’ll check it out but knowing it was just the opening title page really minimized the problem for me. Thank you for your help Sir Hobbes
