No wife isn't even vegetarian ... she just grabbed those from health food store in our area to put Canna infused olive or coconut oil in, but i read online somewhere that the vegan kind will melt when oil is put in them

I remember seeing the dried leafs or buds put in a bag so that the material don't need to be filtered from the oil after the cooking, can it be done this way?

well about to test some pills i made and see how it goes, don't think they be as potent as i'd hoped since i had to use more coconut oil than i thought. i had an 11oz jar but, i had so much sugar leaf trim from my recent harvest that it only made the trim wet didn't really cover it. so a ran out to get another jar and 14oz this time and didn't use all of that one but maybe 2/3 of it. left in crock pot on low overnight around 8hr. ended up with over 2 1/2 fluid cups of infused oil after i strained out the trim. oil when warm was a rich dark amber/light brown but after put into pills and allowed to chill it goes back to light golden green. and the coconut oil (normally solid at room temp was stark white) the oil did return to soild after i put a few pills in fridge they seem to be staying solid and i'll test them today 
wife got the "0" sized ones so not as large as "00" but i think two should be a decent dose... we'll see, i'll take pills at lunch time and report back live update style

just laughed ass off at episode of archer! not sure if that was to blame on the pills or that show just being awesome, but definitely feeling in it in head now. and still not a down and out kinda feeling too which i feared from the mix of indicas but its a nice. one great mix for me thou hope it helps my wife, hard to tell. i feel all soothed and relaxed so hope it will help her muscles too.

for the recipe we made it and gave it out to my favorite guinea pig, my cousin who unfortunately is dealing with pain everyday. Here's why:
- Stomach/gastric cancer (had 1/2 of her stomach removed last year)
- RA for 10 years
- 3 disc herniations in cervical spine and 2 in lumbar spine for 15 years
- finally knee problems mainly arthritis and torn meniscus for 20 years
Musturd and I made her a "Wellness basket" with some smoke(she doesn't smoke at all) some oil, rubs and edibles all with medicine! She loved the Canna Olive Oil!!! She said it helped tremendously last week when she was so swollen she couldn't stand or even put on her clogs. I still want her to give smoking a try and after the oil work so much, I think she is more open to try more medicine now. Had to "come out" to more in the family about my "habit" but it was worth it. It's funny I smoke everyday but until now they didn't even have a clue. Now that I'm open about smoking(to the family)and how I believe it can help in just about any ailment you have suddenly they noticed I am the healthiest in the family.
