Grow Mediums CaptainDan's 400w DWC Experiment

Whats up AFN,
Captain Dan checking in for the start of my first indoor grow!

Setup is a modified closet (2'x4'x8')
400w ventilated HPS
DIY bubble buckets

I tested out the atmosphere earlier, and with lights on fans running (checked at 4 hours) were 76deg. F and 45% humidity... feeling pretty good with that, so onto the fun!

My guinea pigs for the first round are the Auto Green Poison from Sweet Seeds, and the Auto Maxi-GOM from Grass-O-Matic. Both were freebies.

Went with the tried and true glass of water method for germinating... little over 18 hours right now and both sank to the bottom and one has cracked, so hopefully theyll be ready in another 24.

yeah, i put both beans in the same cup oh well, shouldnt have taken so many dabs :/ lucky for me, the green poison and the maxi gom are very different girls in terms of stature, so hopefully ill be able to tell which is which? maybe not? IDK/C haha.

just checked them again a little while ago, and one has popped a tail and the other one is well on its way... maybe another 12 hours then into the rapid rooter plug?

Good luck Captain Dan! DWC buckets and HPS lights kick ass. You are in for a pleasant surprise! Lots of help here if you need it too...
