Few tips for nutes brother..
1. Look at the cotyledon leaves (these are the 'seedling leaves, the round ones that break through') are they yellowing at all? If so you'd start nutes.
2. Does your plant have three true sets of leaves yet? You typically don't want to start nutes before your third true set of leaves begins to form, you're only on two at the moment, cotyledons do not count.
3. Is your watter deficient of trace minerals and cal/mag? Is your soil deficient of these things? If so you want to add 1 - 2 mL of Cal-Mag to 1 gallon of water, starting at the second set of true leaves.
4. Are your nutrients root stimulators with LOW NPK content that have directions for "use on seedlings and clones" If so, you can use these nutrients @ 1/4 strength.. I.E: Kangaroots Root Drench is 10mL per gallon, I add 2.5mL per gallon in ProMix.
