I have a small 36tall x 16wide x19 long
And I wanted to know if I have one plant
growing would it be too small for all the lights
In the box don't want to burn it

Lights are 42w cfl 2800L
And what are the best time to have
Lights on or off for veg and flower

At 42w sounds like actual wattage. Are you growing auto's? Ill assume yes, if I'm right about that then 24, 20-4, 18-6 lights on, off; thats what most of us set our lights at. 336 actual watts in that space will be awesome, a plant would THRIVE in that environment .
