New Grower Change lightcycle? Growing autos, and photos together pre-ODG.

Hello all my auto brothers! I have a question about lightcycle change.

I have the lights off during the day now. Old habits. But soon i will have photo plants in the mix too. So i want to change so the lights go off during the night when the natural light goes off.

Is it harmful to the autos to change the lightcycle? Right now the lights are off, and i am going to wait til the lights go on again, and then change. So they will have light, the lights go on 6 a clock this evening, and will shine til tomorrow evening. At maybe nine or ten and 6 hours.

light change should not hurt your autos as they will grow/flower from 12/12 to 24/0 so changing light period, leaving in light or dark for 24hrs whilst you switch will not hurt them, however if you plan to keep them flowering together be aware on 12/12 your autos will grow and yield much less as they flower on age not light, and more light means more growth and bud, but they will flower with the photos on 12/12 but expect around half the yield you would get on 18/6 or 20/4
