Hi, I have been receiving international overseas seeds for over 20 years and have only lost 3 orders. HOW? I have the seed supplier send the order AIR MAIL, clearly marked religious or agricultural materials, and shortest time available. As well, I get COURIER service to deliver "TO THE DOOR" and sign for it. order by cash? no bloody way, bank transfer, credit or debit card, even email transfer and most WILL accept the payment if you contact them for special ordering instructions. you on a site with no "contact us" link, dont even bother to try and buy as its usually BOGUS.
I also SEND seeds to the USA regularly from Canada and tell my customers to PAY for added delivery charges to guarentee delivery of VIABLE seeds. All i do is send vegetable or flowers packages that have been opened and reglued in a padded envelope clearly marked as agricultual. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. clearly have it marked fragile and organic, handle with care. I made arrangements with the post office to send "my seeds" this way and im sure that many were opened and looked at. so they see "orchid" or fiddlerhead greens pacs and pass it on without going through the x-ray machine. no problems!
