Lighting Cleaning MS006

Hi Guys,

I have started to notice that my MS006 units are starting to put out a lot of heat. I can see that there is a lot of dust on the heat sink and think this is the problem. Does anyone have any experience of cleaning there MS006 units and was wondering if anyone had any advice or can share there techniques.

I use a small brush from my hair clippers to do the fans and a vacuum in the side vents like you would with a PC or an xbox.

The quickest way is to use a air compressor ant turn the unit on and hold the air nozzle near the fans while running and this will clean the dust out.If you don't have a compressor use the exhaust on a shop vac.If you want them super clean you have to disassemble them to get to the fans.

Found a great way to clean the fans today,if you put the vacuum attachment over the fan it will make the fan spin then I just touch a small brush onto the spinning fan under the vacuum, very affective.
