About 4 yesterday afternoon I heard some choppers. I stuck my head out the back door just in time to see one making a turn over my back yard. A few minutes later he came around again, about 200 feet off the ground. Then he was gone. I waited, expecting the ground forces to show up, but nothing. So I signed a big sigh of relieve and went about my business, thinking that was over and I was safe.
So today I'm out at work and I get a call from the Mrs. at about 2 o'clock. She's paniced. Said my neighbor had called and the choppers had flown here again around 11 and soon after two vehicles showed up, one towing a trailer with an ATV on it. Apparently they knocked on my door and when no one answered, they proceeded across my property to my neighbors and took the 5 plants that a friend had back on my neighbor's property. My neighbor was watching all this from his yard and when they left, they gave him a thumbs up.
So I immediately stopped what I was doing and rushed home, thinking I'd find all my plants gone and fully expecting to see someone watching my house. Much to my relief no one was around and all my plants are still here. How they didn't see them I don't know. Eight photos, all 4-5' high in 15 gallon pots strung out down over the back hill and 5 SCH in another spot. I just finished cleaning everything out of the house and the garage. That's now all well hidden.
Now my dilemma is what to do with the rest of my plants. Besides the photos and the SCH I've got about 8 autos outside in 3 gallon pots, 3 in my grow area, and another dozen week old seedlings under my veg light. Do I move everything out into the woods, or take a chance they won't be back. I kind of think that if they had seen my plants they would have taken them then. I doubt they would have left them and given my time to move them. If I do move them, it won't be till around dusk. I'm not going to risk that they will come over again and see me moving them.
My nerves are finally settling down a little. Now I just need to go change my underwear!
