:firedevil: Hey guys.I thought I'd share a very effective CO2 system that a friend of mine picked up at the Emerald Cup last year.It work quite well and will give you a week or a touch more depending on heat, amount of air pushed through n so on n so forth.

You get a small styrafoam cooler and cut out a square in one corner that you can pull the unit in and out from.Should not be a tight fit.slide freely.

get a 2-3 Gallon Pump sprayer, cut the hand attachment off,but utilize the black hose.Drill 2-4 holes, scuff up the area around the hole.Insert Aqua tube(s),apply RTV(room temp vulcanization) and let set up overnight.

put a piece of wood to sit the Air pump on so it dont cause any issues with heat.Inside the cooler that is.fill sprayer with 1 -1.5 gallons and add 1-1.5 Packs dry active yeast and 1-2 cups white sugar.set inside cooler, attach airline.set in the corner you cut out and the low heat from the Air pump will keep it very actively warm and will put out a considerable amount of CO2 for a lil less than ,or more than a week.easy to move, clean and take away and add hoses for multiple fans.

I personally dont use a cooler to be truthful.but run two of these.well I do now.so, I thought Id share this since its an extremely effective unit for a DIY'er. I think thats all,Im rather tired.ill take another look at this and take away and/or add to this later on today if I think is wierd.

Pics should go a looong way to explain how it works.with or without the cooler.Be well everyone and Happy Growing AFN Family!!

Hop digity yer flowers should stand up and SHOUT using this.

second step after drilling sized Holes

As I slowly try workin around my schedule to get another one slapped together,I thought Id share with ya a lil proper. Its really a great Unit.Esp. instead of a regular ole 5 Gallon bucket and lends itself reallr reeaalllly well indoors too.

After hole(s) are drilled scuff up with 6 grit sandpaper.coat the outside of the Aquatube where it'll meet the Sprayer then put the tube in a neutral position and coat well with RTV or similar sealer.

Next step, chop the handle/pump and fix styrafoam cooler. till then.

I got my small 5$ cooler to cut up.ill try n do that this weekend so you can see how the heat works.long hoses will enable you to use it outside of a smaller grow area(s) and feed the tubes in if you so desire.
