Lighting Cob led on Amazon

Is this the right cob light everyone talks about? Trying to upgrade my lights the Chinese junk I got isn't cutting it. Also what is the best light Amazon has, I'm swilling to spend a few hundred. I paid 200 for my junk yahscene and it's not producing

You said you were trying to upgrade from cheap Chinese junk. What you don’t want to do is buy more cheap Chinese junk. A good cob light is usually a citizen, cree or vero powered light. You have to be cautious about the version cobs in the lights too. The ones that say they are powered by Cree are more difficult to buy since cree has many versions and most lights on amazon or eBay are using very old tech cobs. Any cob that is square or pink will not be an upgrade from the cheaper leds you have now.

Check out the HLG 135 Quantum board, same price as the one you posted I think but much much better.

I believe folux solutions has comparable boards at an even better price. I haven’t looked just going by what others here say. I may pick up a folux board here for next sets of grows.
