Lighting COB LED question

I have a 3 x 3 grow space and I'm using a 250 watt hps light. I'm finding that this isn't enough lighting for the size of my space.

2 questions:

I'm looking to upgrade to a more powerful light and have been looking at a 450 cob led light. How much more power would this be in comparison?

Also, can anybody recommend a reliable brand?

Take a look at www.cobshop.net. Many of us in here have switched to the 55 watt Autocob constructed my user/sponsor BigSm0. I have 6 and am happy.
