Yes I do. I noticed if you stay diligent with the plants even though you have chopped your main colas they will mature up more and fatten up the lower buds a bit

I do selective harvesting on most of my outdoor ladies when time and weather allows. It is definitely worth doing especially if you have a heavy canopy shading type of plant and there is lots of underformed growth within the canopy.
I have also done a fair bit of rejuvenation as well in the past. Ive done whole plants(basically try to take all of the bud off and leave all of the leaf, then run under 24 hours until vegetative state begins), and i have also done the same with clones to keep choice genetics rolling along.
