Mephisto Genetics Consistency of genetics question?

Not if you buy feminized seeds. Before I switched over to autos I grew quite a few photo strains and never once had a feminized seed produce a male. Sure there’s a slight chance it could happen, but no more than the chance with fem autos. That being said, I’m way happier growing Mephisto gear than I was with any of the photos I grew. The quality is just as good, if not better, and autos are just more convenient for a small scale home grower. At least in my limited experience

True, with a limited space and plant numbers I suggest Feminized if they choose Photos. Unless they want a specific non-feminized strain. Autos make more sense for faster turn around and no need for clones.

After this thread I'm even more convinced autos are the best way for use to start. He's pretty reasonable so hopefully I can get him on board the Mephisto train for the first run and he'll get hooked. Thanks everyone for the information.

If you already have some Auto seeds, start them. Practice makes perfect, good luck
