Yeah those San light have seen them on many fairs now. and they are smart relax Austrian guys with a proper research center.
An other mate had his tent mixed with hps and these San lights.
Never seen such a frosty Amnesia before.
So that was the deal breaker

Am trying the bigger fixture aswel, will start a new journal when that is set up.

Hey Everybody,

Been a while that I did a update.
But now the fun part starts, the ladies are in the 4 week of flowering.
And the frost is building good, combined with a intense creamy, vanilla aroma.
Some of the bigger fan leaves are even covered with resin.
The Buds are not the biggest, but they are dense.
There were added 2 extra fixtures to the tent to get the plants up to speed.
I am using 125 Watts with the lights and am hoping for a yield around the 100 Grams.
This should be possible...

To be sure i will get close to that number am adding a weekly shot of Compost tea.
A week ago they got there first shot.

Am very pleased with the state of the ladies!

Heyy AFN Familia!

This is the last week for the cookies and cream, did not post any thing the last couple off weeks. Sorry for that, but that means that these cookies had a total flowering time of 8,5 weeks. Could have let them stand for a week or more, so that all off the ‘green juice’ could have been sucked out of the leaves. Personally like harvesting when the leaves are light yellow and the plants really dying… But I had to leave for 2 weeks and did not want to risk chopping to late and that the plant would have been totally dried out.
Love about the cookies and cream that even fan leaves and the smaller leaves contain quite some trichomes, so for later making water hash this will be a big advantage, good hash times ahead...

Anyway at first was a bit sceptic about these led SAN lights, but about the end result i really can’t complain, maybe the quantity is a bit less then normally but could already see the quality is defenetly there, trichome filled buds and leaves even some bigger fan leaves contained trichomes.
I am now running there new fixtures at a other place will post some of that in the Photo thread.

This is off-course also strain related. But grew this CC underneath a Gavita 1000 Watt, the Gavita will give you bigger structure buds, but in the trichome race they lay close to each other. And this also could be Fertiliser related both cases the exact same amount of fertiliser.

The thing about organic growing if you make sure your soil contains loads of different beneficial bacterias and microorganisms they will provide for your plant a varied and vital diet every day. The soil will provide…
Biotabs is going hand in hand with a low maintain growing style, with high quality end results.

Now just let them hang a 1,5/2 weeks with 18/20 C and 45/55% humidity and after that some trimming and we will be able to enjoy a clean organic smoke.

Hello All the weed lovers!

Finally trimmed this funky little tent, and enjoy quite some smokes already think have 15 grams left at this moment. also al the extraction made from this batch is gone up in smoke already.

Have to say was really happy with how this Cookies N Cream vegged and flowered underneath these small led fixtures, 120 Watt in total.
The Cookies N CreamIs a real funky plant, never smelled such creamy terps on flowers and the trichome heads are way bigger then usual. This is a great hash plant. Had the highest returns while making hash with this plant.
And the hash that comes out of it, you just want to keep on smoking. the flower aswel.
It has this creamy/ doughy sensation whilste inhaling, and with the exhaling a smooth floral touches passed my pallet.

Followed by a long intense giggly buzz. a great social smoke is this one.
This is not a good strain if you want to stop smoking, this strain will make you crave for more...

This strain get a 8.5 out of 10 from me. And that is because am super stoked about this one, and did not taste something this funky in a long time.

Almost the compleet haul had smoked like 5/6 grams during the dry process, and before taking the picture...

This was the trim/ popcorn bud popped all in to the freezer. For hash making purpose. With this quality trim, you can count on a 10% return when making Water hash.
In this case had a return of 11.5 grams. So was a bit more then expected, Happy days! (great strain)

The 'quality' of the trim. the upside from this strain is that the trichome are present in high numbers and huge size.

I washed the material only 3 times, to only separate the most biotifull trichomes and as less plant material as possible. Also for this personal batch I only keep the bees knees hash from the 73/ 90 Micron and the 45 Micron screen

When the hash get sift in to fine trichomeheads.it is easy for packing and processing.
When this hash gets smoked, will first press it in to a little snake, when this hash is pressed with some finger heat, the oils start to flow and a more intense smell/ flavour will appear during the smoke, in comparison to directly sprinkling the hash in a joint.
The secret behind the gold color of the water hash is drying in the dry freezer.

Dry frozen Iceolator is a special kind of Hash.

This hash will contain all the flavours, and terpenes and is mostly made out of loads of trichomes.

Trichome heads preferred.

A special machine is used to reach this high quality, a dry freezer.
This machine freezes the hash, and after the hash is frozen, a vacuum is pulled.
The ice crystals due to the vacuum don’t turn in to water first, they immediately will turn in to gas.

This process is called Sublimation.
During the Sublimation the ice crystals evaporate immediately and only the essential oils and terpenes will be left in the hash.

There fore the Hash is in minimum contact with Air, Water and light (no chance for oxidation) and will be filled with all the original flavours and terpenes.

This is some dry sift has made from the same trim. place the trim on the screen a gently rub it against it. With as less force as possible. To be sure no vegetal material fall though, We just want trichome heads

As you can see rubbed a bit to hard and long....
Some plant material fell though.
But this will give it, it's natural feeling...

Made a bal out of it and then pressed it in to a cross like shape.
It is a golden holy cross contaminated by some organic bits...
