Chinese cost in shipping? Are you mad? Look carefully, free shipping with tracking is always an option and some will do FedEx or DHL free depending on how many you buy, one example being a passively cooled 4 x CXB3590 200w kit with MW driver which is on DHL for free whether you buy one kit or 20 kits when delivered to the US and free via FedEx for UK/Belgium/EU.
The days of paying a shitload in shipping costs and waiting months for a slow boat from China are long gone, my average on the small things I buy (as in components, etc, and not premade lights, for example) is 10 days with free shipping via regular, signed and tracked, airmail.
If the cost is to much for you I’d please ask you move on instead of putting down something I have worked hard on and the countless growers are proud to own.
If there is another light or company that you think will suit your needs better please feel free to ask a staff member to contact them. It may take a few months but I’m sure they will be happy to go through the process, pay advertising fees and spend the time assisting you with your questions on their own section. In the meantime let’s keep Cobshop to Cobshop. There are plenty of other threads available and many vendors here that may work better.

Hence why I pointed out the difference between paying for a known quality versus paying for something of indeterminate quality, we're not looking at, say, OnePlus vs Samsung where both do the same job but one is priced higher because of a "brand name".
If people want guaranteed quality then more shekels and camels have to be offered up for you don't get racehorse quality at donkey prices.
Ya, ok when you said mate wasnt sure. If I could build it I would but @BigSm0 has an excellent light and is a fair priced light as far as other finished light that are sold. Anyone buying anything of weight going over a ocean is going to make shipping much to expensive to be worth it anyway. Not sure, but if you can build it yourself why you buy from someone else? I'm not hating on you just sayin'. I do anything and everything I can myself, if I had that skill I would build my own for sure. But when you say his prices are crazy (which they are not) whether was your intention or not you're misinforming others. BigSm0 has excellent CS and is always here ready to help whether you have or will buy his autocob. I think he has earned a little more respect than that. Good luck with your lighting bud.
