Nice one Bilbo

Loving your lighting strategy, especially using a bulb to passively LST them coz they follow it !
Your grow with the 9oz, that was with a single 300W CFL and in hydro ? If so, fantastic result!
All the best,
steely
I've got two spots in there now, I can't resist adding more lol.
The 9oz grow was with the Vipar V240 and a 300w cfl. Had to take the cfl out once Spring arrived. I've been fannying about with lights since my HPS mentors stopped talking to me for using leds just before my first seed sprouted.
I'm sticking with 24/0 lighting, I can get another panel in there to keep it warm in the winter and I've got a couple of cfl's if I need them. Pleased to see so far since the grow started my tent has stayed between 23c and 27.5c and I'll fine tune it more. I've looked into light movers but I'm cheap so the led's are on sliders so I can move them myself a couple of times a day, not much but enough to help, plus they swing for ages if I give them a shove before I zip the tent up.
Anyway, while I'm on, here's today's update and a pic in normal light,
I took 4 or 5 tangled leaves off yesterday but nothing much else. She has finally slowed down the mad expansion and seems to be putting more effort into blooming so a water change tonight and onto the Buddha's Tree PK9/18 regimen a couple of days early. 50-60% crop in a couple of days once I'm happy she's used to the nutes.
Yellow tips on the new growth - I've been messing around this week trying a little experiment out of curiosity and if you are still reading this bear in mind my noobishness.
I've had a feeling the yellow tips were due to the fast growth as opposed to nute burn but to see for myself I've stepped the nutes by 0.2 a day from 1.2EC up to 2.0EC and the ph has been allowed to rise slowly each day from 5.4 to 6.0
I've never gone that high without upsetting the plants but this one seemed fine, even at 2.0EC she was back to 1.7 within 24 hours so could have gone higher.
I didn't go higher because I'm only flushing for 3/4 days before harvest using Vitalink Flush and I've read plenty more experienced guys than me saying the nutes don't need to be a big problem with taste after curing if you don't use too much during the grow. I think one of the best phrases I read was "like all ladies, let her ask for more before you push her too far!"

. The tips were the same no matter what and the only thing that made the slightest difference was the calmag when I gave it in higher doses, so I can only guess it's the led's causing it.
Hopefully have a pic worth posting in a few days once the first buds appear, peace
