New Grower CoTC Cash Crop Vipar LED's in a small tent :)

Thanks bro, the new light actually looks pure white to the human eye but I'll go with red until I can figure out if the camera can be adjusted :)

Mmmm I like that new light, I'll be keeping an eye out to see how it performs. Good luck man!

Thanks TT, I was going to build my own but it worked out a bit more expensive and obviously no warranty so Vipar it is again :)

Vipar were saying that they only brought 4 over from China to see if there was a demand for them, should have asked for guinea pig discount really!

Haha yeah you missed a trick there! Have you seen the new 1000w led panel they do? It looks a beast.
I'm trying to get a deal on 2 C500's from vipar, just waiting for them to get back to me

Yes guys, you have to admit they have got good lights at a great price. For the average grower it is hard to dismiss Vipar as a sound investment.
Well done Bilbo, that's a mighty fine grow you got there. eP.

It's on my shopping list, if I move house and have the space that is. Must admit I have a feeling, based on adding and taking away the big red cfl first grow and this one, that the panels don't have enough red for flowering so I jumped at the chance of a red panel.

Thanks eP, I estimated £200 to build my own slightly more powerful COB unit so it was too good a deal to pass up really, plus they only have 1 left in the UK and none in the US. Afaik the only other grow COB's are on alibaba and that brings import duty into the mix :(

Looking great Mr Bagginses ;+}

I use a 120W (real draw) Prakasa, they do COB models, too :

All the best (and watch out for Orcs!),

steely

Cheers steely, I thought I'd seen some somewhere but I got prakasa associated in my mind with the 90w ufo I was looking at! Still, saved myself £50 by not noticing them :)

Day 60, budding nicely now,
