I get a lot of mini spiders outside in my junipers, I know they are not mites. Still makes my skin crawl walking by them.

Look on the underside of your leaves with at least a 30x Jeweler's loupe. Look for small bugs eggs feces etc. Then watch for any signs of feeding along the veins of the leaf and in between some of the major veins. If you don't have any of that stuff going on then you probably don't have cannabis pests and probably shouldn't do anything but just let them stay there. You can always wash them off later.

Personally, I really am uncomfortable with using any kind of pesticide on a flowering plant. There are some things we use growing that are perfectly safe on plants that are eaten but if you light them on fire they become a totally different kind of chemical.

I think they're the problem here and not spider mites. Can't find anything under the leaves in the places you suggested, I'm just going to leave the plant alone and knock the webs off :)
