New Grower Couple questions

Hello again people!!
Having spent a great deal of time reading here and trying to untangle all the info floating around in this old head I have a couple of questions.
Some background. First grow. I have have a tendency to kill plants without trying. I have built a grow tent thats 2.5' x 3' x 48. It will have a 400w MH/HPS lighting. First grow will be White Widow AutoFems starting in Jiffy seed soil then moving to Dr. Earth organic Potting mix and Fox Farms nutes.

1. Jiffy Pots okay for seedlings?
2. Should I cut Dr. E with something or straight from the bag ok?
3. 1 gal 2 gal Smart pots? Is there a big difference with auto's?

This is gonna be medicine for my wife and I hope to do a "continuous" grow with a harvest every 3-4 weeks.

Jiffy pots are ok but your better off putting some seed mix in the center of your finale pot and planting the seed into that.As far as pot size, the bigger the pot the bigger the plant.
