I know potassium defiency can be mistaken for other things among "light burn" and can be harder to diagnose for sure so better to wait for more experienced people to chime in!

What is the PH of your feed going in? What is the PH of your Run off? What other nutes are you using?

if it is light burn I can not place my light any higher

ph of soil was now 7 .. I use only biobizz fish grow, bloom, top max. nothing else. I never measured ph of water with nutriens. even dont have ph up and down liquid.

It looks like you are having PH issues. If you get yourself a PH meter it will save your plants for years to come.
