Mephisto Genetics Customer for life/appreciation thread

I just wanted to take some time to seriously thank Mephisto seed company. Not only did they have wonderful customer service and a speedy delivery, but they also were extremely generous and sent extras above and beyond the buy one get one free amount and also sent a couple freebie strains as well.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my first Mephisto experience and can say for sure that I am now a customer for life.

ohh indeed,they are a tough act to follow and the strains..well, only one I didnt care for yet and i have grown a solid amount of their stuff.and i think that might have been due to my soil at the time. soooo yeah LOL! happy growing

I'm a repeat customer, this is my first post on this forum. I've had wonderful success with Mephisto Genetics. I'm a put the seed in the ground and forget about it kind of grower. I planted a crop in the Aleutions here in Alaska in May. Not too much happened until I built a shelter on top of the drainage ditch they were living in. I had started in May, built the shelter in June, left for home in July and returned in August. I may have the record for longevity, probably 130+ days. My wife had awesome plants growing in the greenhouse home on the Kenai. Probably 90 days to harvest our 24 Carat.
Now I'm doing my first indoor grow. My soil shows 48f on the bottom of my smart pot. I'm anticipating another slow grow but after two weeks my 4 different varieties are going strong. Mitch at Mephisto has been beyond patient with my outdated computer requests. I can depend on great service and I believe their products surpass the competition. I have certainly received more than what I ordered, the latest promotion being incredibly generous! It's wonderful I found a thread that I can publicly say "Thanks!"

Customer service is top-notch. I e-mailed Bill yesterday with an inquiry for an order I placed a few days before their well deserved vacation. He e-mailed me back within the same day letting me know the order had to be sent from their main store as State-side was depleted from the Black Friday sale & requested that I send another e-mail when the Seed Fairy delivers so that he knows I received my order. Exceeded my expectations & now I'm watching for the Seed Fairy on a daily basis!
