Thanks. I took a liter in the rez. Basicly done scrubbing now. Bud boy, u use bleach continuesly or just one time?

One time don't clean it unless your dirty at res change. Since yours is small guess it would be easier to clean so if it needs it clean it. But no bleach needs to be there at all during grow . we both know sm 90 will keep roots ok. I have no hydroguard Rambo . just sm 90 in there

Dont u use the peroxide?
I mounted the filter, works like a charm. All small stuffs stopps right there. A filter is important, when i see how it collects dirt.
I will cover the lids with plastic, should i use foil aswell, but under the plastic, so its really light-proof? Also, will use sm90 all the time and, have enough bubbles and temps down around 20°C. And never let any light get in.

That's the ticket man. The sm 90 is for sure my life saver. I use three or four cupfuls since I added it to begin with. Water is squeaky clean my ph has been staying level at 5.9 so im just hanging out with them . keep the foil on top Lil extra reflective for the plants

I only used the bleach for cleaning the roots and system. Then clean both a gain with water to get all the traces of bleach. Dagger is right peroxide is better I just had none at the time and needed it done then. As always it was the end of the world lol[emoji16]. If you do use bleach as daggersstrains said you don't want bleach during the grow. I've read that there 2 ways to keep your system.
The Clean Room Approach:
Keep your reservoir totally bacteria free.

Keeping the tank water cool and using something like SM90 to stop bacteria can help ensure your reservoir is a sterile growing environment.

The Better Bacteria Approach: Introduce bacteria that your plants actually like.

You can buy 'beneficial bacteria' to introduce to your reservoir. These bacteria will not only outcompete (and thus destroy) the bad bacteria, but it will form a symbiotic relationship with your plants and help them grow. Hydroguard works extremely well for this task, I can't stress that enough!
