Extraction Dale's DIY Dapress

Harvested my Double grape 2 wks ago and I was itching to squeeze it. Hoping the pics tell the whole story let me know if i missed something :drool:

Started sqeeze @ 5min ~30 seconds slow squeeze to compress and preheat bag.

@3:45 Slowly applied more pressure until i felt i was @ max for first press @~3min by now the rosin was flowing

First press

Second press same heat put it right back in and squeezed the hell out of it for 3 min more. I think I got most of it the first press with no busted bag

Total yield first pressing for two bags 17.72 - 1.4 =16.32 for the bags rosin 2.59g

Second pressings .43g

I think (DG rosin ) I come out to 18% yield @ 16.32 g of bud and 3.02g of rosin?

Pressed some Anvil the other day and been too busy and stoned

210f 120 micron press club 2x4" 5-7 min first press including pre heating

I press it down to here for 30-45 then starting applying presser slowly

rosin starts flowing two fingers on handle and slowly squeze until 7ish min i feel is plenty long enough i try to finish by 5 min Trying not to bust a bag

Second press I put it right back same temp and press the shit out of it don't care about busting bags it is raining day fund most likely edibles as it doesn't taste the best but it does the job

First press yield for the 2 bags MINUS 6.1g for the container

Didn't weigh the second press yield :smoking:

Sure is yummy and good for sleep
