This is my second Purple Mazar in recent history to start going yellow at day 43, seemingly over night. The first time I wrote it off to a fast finisher, but 2 in a row doing the same thing seems a little odd. Ive grown PMs plenty of times and they are a 70 day from sprout plant, every time.

Here's the stats:
Sunshine #4
FF trio
HPS for flower (450 watts 18" from canopy)
temp: 82ºƒ
6.5 runoff ph (I calibrated my meter to be sure)

4-5 days ago I did a full flush in preparation for flower feeding regime, the last watering can had 1.5 tsp grow big, and 1 tsp cal mag to leave something in the soilless after the flush. It started going slightly yellow on large fans. Last night it got 2tsp Big Bloom, 1 tsp Tiger Bloom, 1 tsp Cal Mag. This morning more yellow on large fans, and yellow starting on secondary fans. The same exact thing happened a few weeks ago to another plant on the exact same day, but I didn't flush at all. The reason I flushed this time is I thought I had lockout from salt build up last time and though I'd do something different this time. Is this the start of end of life cycle, or am I doing something wrong?

Please help, I am doing a constant grow and want to figure this out before I end up here again in 3 weeks with the next generation.

Thanks for any input!

It looks like natural yellowing towards end of life cycle. She's using the energy for flower growth from the leaves.Shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for chiming in. Thats what I suspect, but just seems a tad on the early side, so I'm worried Ive just been off.

I just realilized she is only 43 days a little early for yellowing. The only other thing the whole plant looks a little pale that might be a nitrogen def.You could give her a lite dose of nitrogen and see if she greens up.:smokebuds:

It got fed with an N-P-K of 2-8-4 last night.
I mixed up some super light veg feed and gave foliar feeding a shot during dark cycle.

run off could be a bit high also. 5.8 to 6.5 is ideal. and if your meter is 1 or 2 points off on the high end... depending on the strain, they may like a lower soil ph. try to get it down a bit. your last grow with this strain was your run off the same also? I bet it was.. could be a strain that likes the soil more alkaline soil. also mag is a very common issue here. what are you using for your foiler feed?

y is it u gave ur flowering plant a foliar feed? just askin... holler

He is trying to green up the leaves and foliar feeding absorbs the nutes much quicker than soil feeding,It won't hurt the flowering at all.

Grow Big, like 1/8 tsp in 16 oz water.

I think what's happening is I had a lot of luck with my first few grows, the terrible luck with a couple. So my routine is all jumbled up trying to figure it out to the point where I forgot what went right the first few times. New grow space, never did soil-less before, never constant grow before. I'm still working out the kinks

It recieved flower feed last night then got worse. I was under the impression that foliar is sort of an emergency consideration, admittedly I'm not very well versed in it.
