New Grower Decisions, decisions. Any advice?

Hello all, I'm new here but an super stoked ive found fellow auto lovers.

So here we go, a little back ground here. I live in colorado and have grown with solely clf's and hps. And right now I'm growing in a closet. But it's time to expand. I've decided it's time to grow up and build a grow room. Here's where I need some advice.
I'm trying to decide on lighting, do I go 1000w hps, or blackstar or other led? Should I get an co2 bucket? I'm not doing the ro water, or should I? I'm planning on growing at least 15 plants, I'm a caretaker, or soon to be at least.
Please help fellow autoflower peeps, your my only hope!
P.S. I'm growing in soil. What's the best kind? Oh and should I get some airpots? I heard they might not be that great here with how dry the air is!

Either the1000 hps or blackstar are a good choice,so it just depend how much money you want to spend. Promix,sunshine mix, fox farm ocean forest, or roots oranic are good soil choices.I like air pots but they will reguire a little more watering and they do cost more, but I think there worth it.
