Mephisto Genetics Deep Blue C for first grow

Roots Organic is an awesome soil right off the bat - mephisto has a super soil amendment made for their gear that uses Roots Organic as the formula.
The amendment takes care of everything you need & all you will need to do is water through its life cycle - no nutrients required!

I also recommend reading Mephisto's Grow guide in the mephisto forum so you can get a feel on how they work with their gear.

Mephisto Grow Guide and Strain Guides are both very useful. From what I understand Deep Blue C is more of a straight up growing strain, so you could grow them closer together thus allowing more in your area. I have some Skywalker and Heisenberg Special going and they seem to be the same, although I am employing leaf tucking recommended by team Mephisto. I also use their soil amendment, they are great people with extreme knowledge and passion for these auto's. Good luck with the grow.

I just have the liquid nutes, not sure what I will use for soil yet. But I'll start with that grow guides guidance

Gotcha - what I use is Batch 64 Moonshine Mix - it's primarily coco coir with bionutrients and it's awesome. However, you'll notice almost every person here uses there own variations for their grows, so there's no set soil you should always use.

I was thinking about coco, so much to learn!

Now, as far as strains, I haven't dealt with Deep Blue C - but I would certainly investigate Sour Livers as it's an evolution of the Blues cut crossed with Sour Crack. Look in the mephisto forum here and view their strain guide if you want some direct info on Grow behavior

I'll look into Sour Livers (hard to wrap my head around that name), what do you like about it?
