New Grower deformed seedling? spider mites?

one of the my babies looks retarded. This is the slowest grower.. leaves twisting and edges turning yellow as it shows in the picture. the rest seem to be healthy with minimal mite damage (small yellow or white spots)
it is 2 weeks old from germination today.
any affordable/homemade solutions for these spider mites?? these are outdoor btw.

here is the deformed one, it sprouted with half of it's cotyledons cut off so idk if that is the reason it's like that. It does show signs of mites

It could be a bad pheno. but try some neem oil for your mite problem.

I would be very surprised to find spider mites on a seedling. They usually won't bother with a plant until it is starting to bud. They do spin webs and on a seedling there isn't the room. Not to say you don't have an insect issue, just doubt it's spider mites. The twisting and yellowing could be soil related, especially if it contains slow release nutrients. What soil are you using?

there's yellow and white spots present. it may be a bad phenotype, out of the 3 grape muerto seeds this one was smaller and had a lighter color.

That's awfully small for 2 weeks. Have you looked into that? Most of my seedlings are that size in a few days

Ive you have mites now you better look into cleaning up the grow space really fast. I can't see any mite damage from the pic but it's BLURRY as could be. I also don't see a deformed plant but that could be the pic as well..

Dish soap works ok, I prefer Neem oil and Azamax (both of which are inexpensive when you consider how many applications you get out of a bottle).

Also switch it up. Mites have a habit of growing a "tolerance" to just one method and they grow immune to it which makes them even harder to get rid of.

Got a new pic thats a lil mnore in focus? but imo if its still the same size as in your pic roughly and your others are doing three sets already n growing well.dude she got nibbled,a runt or hit a large piece of something and stunted her root development...any number of things..imo..yank her man..but that's me.replace her with a storng one.use new soil seedling mix n stay on the side of over prepping for root development ans she'll be right on their tail by a week er so..soak for a fulll 24 hrs.thats the best I got for ya man.. she aint gonna do much at all..if anything.a photo you can work with..sorta.but they are tall girls man. so get crackin LOL!

Hot soil mixes can stunt autos. Looking at their web site it says that product contains both worm castings and compost, so it could be a bit hot. Can you post a better picture so we can see the spots?
