So, I am looking for... well, see title.
I have 80x80x160cm tent, so I am looking for something smaller and with less wattage. So machines with "auto shut off when reached desired humidity" which consumes more than my lights are not what I want.

However, I see they're listed as "220ml per day", "660ml per day", "1000ml per day"... Is there any formula which one I need? I want to lower humidity from 60-70% to 40% if that helps.

Do your due diligence and research well. There are two basic types, ultrasonic and evaporative and whichever you decide to buy, best be sure to keep it clean. Got to be consistent with cleaning or you will inevitably be wallowing in white dust on your tent walls. Don't worry, it's just a by product of the minerals in your water, but it's funky just the same. Don't get warm mist, get cool mist.

My experience is that humidifiers under perform. I would really need something more commercial like, but have no room for that size, nor do I want it in the tent. Or in my tents bedroom for that matter.

You didn't read my post closely enough.
But thanks for stopping in.

Coincidentally I ordered a dehumidifier yesterday.
All I can tell you is that I selected one which can remove 30 liters in 24 hours, and I don't intend to run it all day.

Good luck with choosing the right model for you!

Got caught out on this one. No bigggie. I don't think much of dehumidifiers performances either.

I've run a dehumidifier since growing as no extraction. Does the trick.

I'm in the same size tent... How many plants are you growing? I put 3 inside mine first time and I think you'll find a small dehumidifier will struggle to control condensation... I'm now only doing one a time in a bigger pot, I got a good deal on the dehumidifier bags so put those in and means no electricity etc. Think they worked out £1 each.

I have two big plants in there, full tent.
Could you link me those bags? How long they last?

What size pots? A little trick I've used is delaying the watering a little bit longer (maybe a day) wait for the soil to dry up a bit more than you might usually and I found the plants just drank it all up

up meaning with one plant in a 20ltr sack the humidits stays good on its own.

I got the bags in town.

There are two types you can get; the more expensive ones hold more water and last longer.
