New Grower Didn`t flower, options?

So I am finishing off my 2nd grow, (they are 8weeks) but had one that did not flower.
It has preflowers, but did not bud.
I took it out of the tent and put it under a t5 light that has no timer so its on 24hours, plant only got bigger!

Question I pose since I have grown from seed so far, do you think I could clone it and grow it like a photo senitive plant?

I only have a 4' high tent(which is my max hight) thats why I decided on Autos, and why i may want to keep this plant to clone.

Someone also asked me if I was sure it would flower if I reduced to 12 hours?
I am a novice at this and only assume it would, is there plants that end up not flowering at all?

The only way do get the one with preflowers to flower is to wait or put it under 12/12.I had one like that and it took for ever to finish.

If it's a true auto it can't be cloned like photos.

namvet is spot on with forcing it to flower in 12/12. Alternatively, you can also try 24-48 hours of darkness. It may be an auto flower, just an iffy pheno from the bunch. If you want to halt vertical growing while you force it to flower I'd recommend a form of supercropping or LST right before you introduce it to the darkness. If you need more information on these techniques, let me know.
