Due to a miscommunication with wifey my 1st indoor grow I didn't schedule very well. Here's the executive summary -
2 seeds - Heisenberg Special & Alien vs Triangle(website states 70-80 days harvest)
Growing indoor under Mars Hydro 400 in FFOF using FF trio(none used yet). Watering about every 4-5 days currently, molasses used last watering.
Both seeds broke ground on 2/22 and both are flowering very nicely now.
My problem comes in that from seeds breaking ground to me having to leave town for a month is 68 days total. So my question is given the time period constraints should I
A. Harvest around day 64, dry for 4 days, pack in jars with Boveda packs and hope for the best
B. Take it to full 68 days, harvest plants, don't dry and put in deep freeze for a month
C. Water the hell out of it the day I leave(they shouldn't need water again till day 73), Then just let it die out via lack of water probably a week or so later and hope for the best upon return in 2 1/2 weeks.
D. Other suggestions

Thanks to all

IMHO the A variant it the closest. I havent actually tried to freeze the herb wet... i am not so sure, the end-product after defreezing will be palatable. So, if that is your case then i would go with variant A.

Well, if you freeze the bud you're going to have trichome loss to whatever container you store it in, as the cold will make the glands brittle. And if you water and leave it to die you're gonna get over-matured, potentially moldy bud. I'd go with option A. If you decide the cure sucks when you get back and sample it you can always turn it into budder or bubble hash or whatever.

If you grow in soil you could place the plants in a tub of some sort and fill with about. Two inches of wateeer and let them soak it up from the bottom. It works with house plants. Just don't fill it too full to drown them.
