Hey @BigSm0 so i took your advice and lowered the panel to 16inches and installed two warm white cfl bulbs 24W each. Hope it works well thankyou

I'm sure it will help. Keep en eye on the plants, they will tell you what they want.

Hey the plants are 30days old and the one that has a hygro meter in it is 24days old. They are doing alot better under the light i think one of them felt heat stress after the plants gained height so i raised the light an inch. Here are the photos hope you guys like them. I was giving them 1/3rd of prescribed nutes every time i watered them in last 10days , now im thinking i should give nutes in every other watering

Hey guys no ones really using this kind of light on the forum so i thought i should update the thread. Here are photos of the plants in closet . Two of my plants are now 2.5+feet tall and growing. The tall one flowering is 4feet tall, these are 60days old now and one of them is i think 50days old and already budding which is not so dense. This is my first grow and i have been pruning leaves that were blocking light.

They are stretching as they are trying to reach for more light. Is that one of the 20 watt panels from amazon?
