Happy frog soil. Under a Viparspectra led 300w reflector about 27inches away. What kind of soil are you using?
That’d be just my luck lol. I got the seeds from Growerschoiceseeds I’ve got a tangerine dream in a different pot with the same soil so we’ll see how that goes. Should be popping up anytime. To me it seems to be growing just fine the only red flag is just the yellow color. The first set of leaves didn’t have any yellow at all on them. I’ll probably give it another week and see what’s up before i pull it.Haven't seen that before.maybe a bad batch of soil or just a genetic misfit seedling. You could leave it go and see what happens but if she stays yellow just throw it.
The bark was already in the soil when i bought it so I’m not really sure. Although when I put the same soil in my other pot it did look a lot different compared to the first one. Could it possibly be that I’ve been using tap water ?Is there some type of mulch on top of the soil, or is that bark part of the soil? That is not ideal for a seedling for sure.
Not sure what the issue is, but ph, or some toxic reaction to something in soil, although a genetic anomaly could be the problem.
Tap water in soil shouldn't matter. Did you let the water sit out for 24 hours before using it? If not, that could be the issue. They put Chlorine in the water, so you need to let it evaporate out. If you put a airstone in the water and aerate the water, it only takes about three hours to dechlorinate. The bark was already in the soil when i bought it so I’m not really sure. I’ve just been letting my water sit in the tent without a lid on it before use so it’d be same temperature as inside the tent. I’m hoping the problem just works itself out but idk it’s looking pre yellow underneath and on the second set of leaves. Aside from that it’s been growing pretty quick I think.Tap water in soil shouldn't matter. Did you let the water sit out for 24 hours before using it? If not, that could be the issue.
