does this look like its finally going to switch in to flowering after 9+ weeks for veg?

... I've read somewhere that some may take several weeks before they auto', making them true autoflowers, but just not speedy,... but at that point, it might as well be a photo though, right? same time invested-- several weeks veg', several weeks bloom! Lunar, you may have one of these, or she's just a true photo (mix up of some sort, or a throw back genetic expression) and is a stubborn bitch about going into bloom,... in any case, this is becoming a losing proposition,... some plants just malfunction too, no telling until you've pissed away a lot of time, $ and effort-... can you get me a nice clear close-ups of the centers? If it looks like a dense little ball on newest growth id forming, that usually a sign bloom is just starting to trigger,... veg' center core tends to look a bit more open, no "cabbage-like" core if that makes sense,...

Hopefully this shots are close and clear enough. I had to get my SLR camera out instead of the phone. These shots are basically the most prominent bud sites potential colas. I don't see any white pistils. The buds have looked just like this for I'm going to say 3 weeks. Really friggin slow. Or maybe even they have come to a halt and are not going to bloom. I'm fine with that and will bin them if they look like they aren't going anywhere. I have other autos going that are booming and blooming and I'll bin these two to make room for plants that will actually do what they should do.

 ahhh! normal light and time have revealed new shit,.. you have a Zn defc. starting on the top leaves,...Zn is an immobile micronute, most common one, and is super important playing several critical roles,.. I don't think defc. retards blooming, but it sure can cut yields down,... tends to make new growth kinda wad up, not elongate enough,.. so, looking at the crown cores, I still can't say if bloom is kicking off, though it sorta looks it,.. but might be in part due to the Zn defc.,... if you decide to keep them, you'll need to get a dedicated micronute supplement, both soil and foliar dosing is best ( I like Earth Juice Microblast),... you'll need a wetting agent for foliar, spray tops and bottoms of leaves,....
