If I'm mixing Dolomite lime into my soil how much lime per gallon of soil is recommended? Is it 1 or 2 tablespoons?

And can I crush a mosquito dunk and mix it into the soil or am I better off top dressing the soil and watering it in?

Thanks AFN :D:

I do 1 tbs/gallon.... as for the dunk I have never used them but I don't see why not. Someone will drop in with the answer to that

Thanks thinkD that's probably what I'll do and Ill probably crush about half a dunk for each 4 gallon pot. Ima crush it down real fine and mix it in along with the lime :smokebuds:

No problem bro, I just had to use some in my 50 day flowered ladies. Checked my ph because everything was yellowing and my ph was 5.6 in pro-mix so i added dolomite lime to top of soil and also 10 table spoons in my 30 gallon res and watered with it to get my ph to 6.4 and some 6.8. I made the mistake of no adding it to begin with because i am used to sunshine and it has it in it already. I have never had a ph issue with sunshine so i will be going back to that over pro-mix just went to pro-mix because it was 10.00/bail cheaper locally. Good luck
