I'm experiencing a bit of this in 50/50 HF/Coco but it's just the top inch or so that dries quicker.

If you think the roots extend to the moisture, I'd say let it ride and go until you feel the weight you're after
before watering...my 2 cents.

Thanks trap, and here's another update!

Purple Amnesia, and here's an upclose of one.

I've started giving them some sprays with the tea as well and they like that a lot as well so going to keep it up!

Tha Shiznits, which are slightly smalelr than the Purple Amnesias

I've just moved all 6 under the SolarStorms now! It's a really nice fit, I'm liking it!

Can't complain much, they're certainly growing themselves with little pushes the right way. Avg of about 8-10 inches in height now, with one of the
Purple Amnesias starting to jump quickly!

Keeping up with the tea sprays, like what I see and it's cool to give them a little shower.
Got the closest eye for bugs, as they've halted my last two grow cycles. Was clear on this round until now, seeing some tiny marks,
so putting a High Alert! warning that any bugs will be squashed! Muahaha! *Cough* Ahem, now..

A couple changes:
Purple Amnesias on the left, and Tha Shiznits on the right.
All 6 are now sitting under two SolarStorms to soak up some sun! Notice the spectrum change :]
Here comes the exciting stage!

Two PA's seem similar and two TS's also seem similar, with one PA being extra large and one TS being extra tiny.
PA's range from ~26cm to ~40cm, and
TS's range from ~20cm to ~30cm.

Noticing that PA seems to be hungrier than TS for nutes, but also slightly bigger plants.
They all seem to have similar flowering rates so far.
Seeming main colas with several strong side branches for each.
Thinking I might get a little more height outta these ladies as they do their transition.

Well as much as I hate to say it, the mites are confirmed again. I won't let them be an end to this grow, so I
have some new friends to introduce!

Please say hello to the companion plants from the genus Allium coming all the way from
my local family-owned nursery:

Onions!

Chives!

and

Dill!

Hoping the mites really get deterred with the new plants in there, was going to start seeds but haven't been wanting to raise some while they would be
so vulnerable with their size. Will get some ladybugs if things start to call for it.

So here are the "Tha Shiznits!" They are minus one, which I'll post a photo of tomorrow, that I put outside because it was the most infested plant.
But still heading in a good direction.

and for the Purple Amnesias, still three for three.
Sorry about the slight difficulty in making them out, been trying to keep them inside the entire time to reduce exposure but it was futile haha

looking good redd! Love the smells from both, but the PA definitely has my attention! Sorry to hear about the mites!
