Mephisto Genetics Double grape

Great choice. Medium sized plant, smell started with a bit of a rancid sweet smell and has developed into a wonderful grapey sweetness. She's has been a breeze to grow and took to LST like a champ. Mine still has a bit to chop but I'll let you know when I smoke her. Mine likes the nutes pretty lite. Here's a few pics

I am currently doing one right now, and i must admit I am very underwhelmed by her. It's been around 4 weeks, she's barely around an inch and is now showing sex as of yesterday, lol. I have never had this happen before and I must say it feels like a waste of time dealing with her at this point, and she might get yanked by the end of the week. I'm not trying to discourage or anything, this is just my experience with her. Maybe it was just a bad pheno or something, or it could be my own fault? I do know i did what i could to make sure her ppm and ph werent too crazy, so I'm not sure... I still have some more beans so I will end up trying again in the future. For now I'm just kinda over dealing with her... she has improved slightly, but not enough to even spend anymore time for a weak harvest. here's a pic from last week at about the 3 week(weak) mark:

These looked interesting when I picked them up from MG a while back, so I've planted one, well actually two because it took one a long time to show its head but it finally did! They may be slow and small but I'm guessing the end product will be stellar, it's a Mephisto product after all!

Just my .02, don't switch quickly to flowering nutes when you start to see the frost seems to frost up early and hard -I think I stunted a couple a bit switching too soon

Here are my Double Grape girls at Day 32. I've got them under a total of 1000w of Quantum Boards (8 QB304). This is my second grow, and first run with autoflowers. I know what I'm going to be growing for the foreseeable future!

@Brew712 she will prob grow a bit once she starts her flowering stretch. My first autos were horribly stunted but once they hit the 4 week mark started growing an inch per day.

I think you're right. She does look likes she's finally improving a bit, and has more roots shooting out into the res. We just decided yesterday to let her live. Getting something out of her is better than spending 4 weeks just to end up taking her out. We ended up moving her into the corner to make room for the other 2 girls that'll be added in there in about a week..

Honestly I wouldn't expect much. The plant has really missed its chance to grow to any sort of size at all. Nearly half of the biological time bomb she's got built in has ticked away at this point. You will save yourself immense future disappointment if you scrap her and start over. Out of the 18 Double Grape seeds I initially popped, one of them grew considerably slower than the rest. Now, whether it was just a 'runt' or some external factor had a part in her being stunted for so long, I don't know. I do know that it's taken nearly 30 days for her to even come close to the size of the next smallest plant. I actually started another seed about two weeks into her life because I was worried that it was never going to take off.

Just my thoughts.. consider them with the knowledge that this is my second grow, ever. Most of my knowledge has been gleaned from picking through countless reams of bad information. Your mileage may vary.
