What dripper/sprayer/halo/etc do you use? Does it make a difference from just a open tube straight to the pots? If so, how?

Im thinking of getting the Plant!t watering rings but i cant find anything how they're made, how many outlet holes etc, did anyone use it?

How big water pump should I get for max 6 pots?

I use 5 gallon fabric pots and 3 gallon fabric pots with cocoa. I like to use 6-inch dripper rings can't remember the brand but here's a picture.

One reason for not using just a straight tube is to have the opportunity to add more oxygen to your nutrient mix before it reaches the root Zone. So a gentle shower head ring like what I use especially splashing down upon the Pebbles which I use has more oxygen, Than if I went without Pebbles or just had a tube splashing down to Coco.

Pump size for this type of system isn't really important. As long as you can feed 6 1/2 inch tubes it's good enough. What really matters is the type of timer you use, you need a very adjustable Interval Timer. The timer I use has 8 settings in a 24 hour period I can set them in increments of one second.

You also want to have a simple ball valve in each line so that you can adjust the flow rate to each plant individually. This is a much better way than trying to measure out exact length of Hose runs excetera. Although honestly using lines that are pretty close to exact helps a lot. It's just been my experience that there's always one plant that doesn't drink as much as the others and if you can turn down the flow to that plant, why not.

Hope you find some of this useful
