Drooping and small yellow tips?

What can be the problem here?

They started drooping 2 days ago. After watering they quickly recovered. Yesterday they started drooping again, watered some more but the drooping is worse now. Are they overwatered?

Also there are small yellow tips and some tips curl down.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

They are 20 days old.
Water with power roots and alga grow (1/4th) .

The clear pictures were shot a few minuten ago.
The yellow heavy light pictures are from 2 days ago an hour after watering when (slightly) recovering from drooping.

..looks like coco?,... and any kind of dry in that is bad news! Coco is a specialized soilless medium, and can't be treated like true soil or nothing but trouble will be had down the road... so many do's and don't's! Have you done your homework on this yet? In many ways, it's more like hydro',...
Roots are traumatized, damaged, so hence the vicious circle of drooping... poor uptake, more wilting, prompts more watering, which on hurt roots may smother them (O2 starved) and more damage done,...
fix depends on confirming this is coco, and the needed info,...

Do you have good air circulation? Enough to move the leaves a little?
