Live Stoner Chat drooping dark green leaves

One of my viking ak47 plants is slow growing, leaves turnt dark green and drooping. Havent gave any nutes yet since they are only 2 weeks old and are in ffof soil in 3 gallon pots. Its half the size of others, and others are getting big and growing great. Ive done a few grows but this is first time with this problem. And suggestions what to do or the cause of it. Thanks. I put pic up of same stain and age and u can see the diff.

If you havn't fed them yet it's either to dry,to wet, or lights to close.

Ok thanks. I thought it might be to wet cuz all my others are drying out and that one seems to stay moist much longer than others. Ill just let it dry completly out and see what happens. Thanks.
