Alright so yesterday before I left for work I started my normal rinse period for the final two weeks on one of my girls. Gave her about half a liter of water ph 5.8( in coco so I usually ph a little higher at 6.4 for nutes and my flush has always been 5.8) lights have been 6 inches above for the entire grow and today when I checked on them it was like the tops had cooked completely... leaves are extremely dry and brittle but it’s only a few of the tops. I’m at a loss on this one. Never in my years have I seen it. Any input would be wonderful.
Farqual -- holy shit!
-- lights on, overnight? What kind/brand, tent size, T and RH%? That sure looks like light frying to me,.. to get crispy like that, very likely not a nutritional things, that smacks of physical damage,...weird as it is, maybe she was on the edge and just had things tip over the scales at last,... this is post flush too you say? Hmmm, another possibility, is a sudden K defc.,.. K plays a key role in internal temp regulation,.. a defc. at the most exposed, stressed parts of the plant might result in such damage,.. it does look similar to K defc. damage too, hitting along the margins/teeth,... combined with light/T/RH% stress, could be another possibility here,....
